I come here once in a while to get a sweet treat but the last time I went in, this young lady with curly black hair was quite rude I think her name was janey or j something. But I was sitting down and it was getting pretty busy. I was watching another young woman I didn’t catch her name she also had dark hair but she was running back and forth while the other young lady left her and started coloring the door in the back when clearly there were people waiting in line. We come in at least once a week and at least 1/2 of those visits result in a mistake. Everyone who works there is super kind but it’s really frustrating to constantly have the same order be incorrect time after time. Tonight we went in and the first one was made incorrectly, however when it was remade it was missing add ons that cost extra… really disappointing to constantly have to ask for things to be corrected when it could have been done right the first time, and to pay for add ons that aren’t given. After I found this place I can't get enough. I take my grandkids and they and me enjoy it as much as we can.
I went into this place and I didn't really know what to get so i went talk to this nice girl named Jazzy and she was very nice and very helpful I highly recommend giving this lovely girl a raise because she is a absolute unit at this job, she deserves it.
