"If I could give this location a -3, I would. Terrible service—I had to wait over 45 minutes for just one item. Absolutely unacceptable. Other customers had to get up to ask for more syrup. If the place is full, with all tables occupied, cars in the drive-thru, and people standing in line, why have only one person working while two are in the back resting? Meanwhile, the cashier was unable to assist the only employee actually working, despite the store closing in less than two hours. Terrible experience!"
They do not take cash
Second time here and this location takes forever. Waited 30 minutes for 3 orders. Two guys in the back struggling. Everything looks so disorganized and unsanitary. Definitely last time coming to this location.
Always understaffed and it takes forever to get your order. Every time I come here it’s at least a 30 min wait for 2 plain snocones. Ridiculous
