Amazing service, best location in Houston. Service and quality are consistent across all marks. Other Houston locations should take notice, as this establishment specifically is the standard of excellence that should be modeled after by other locations.
Drove 35 minutes to come here and when we got here there were people still being served and were told that we had to go to the drive thru. Customer service was horrible…
Great service
Snow cones are good don’t get me wrong but the service is extremely slow and snow cones are pretty overpriced I had to wait like an hour for 2 now cones very ridiculous took forever like I was in a fancy restaurant waiting for my food the snow cones are hella good but they take forever and obviously need more people not sure if it’s just the workers not wanting to do their job
