I came here at opening time waited 15 minutes nobody came. It’s insane that you can have a store that supposedly opens at 12 and then no one be here.
Wait time is ridiculous. There is no reason why I should be waiting in a line for a snow cone for 20 minutes with only 1 other customer present. This location used to be great but now you’ll need about a hour to waste to go here.
So.. I ordered 1 blue coconut, and 1 soft drink. I ended up getting 2 snow cones and a large cup full of snow one ice. Not sure how you mess up that up. One of the snow cones had a hole in the cup. 🫤
Ms Ty is legit the best! I arrive 20 min before closing (which I felt bad, bc no employee wants last min customer haha) but she had a smile on her face and on top of that she did the best mangonada. Thank you for satisfying a late night craving.
First and last time here. I came in with my two kids, ages 3 and 12 months, and waited 40 minutes for three items. After about 30 minutes, my 12 -month-old started making noise like babies do, and the older lady employee told me not to let my child scream because of her customers. The only costumers inside were me and my kids and two ladies who had just walked in. My baby was simply being a baby.
