This Bahama Bucks is absolutely horrible! I would not recommend anyone to go to this location due to the long wait and customer service. Slow service has actually been an ongoing issue for years, but yesterday (May 10, 2026), topped it off. We arrived in the drive thru and the manager came on the speaker to tell me there would be a wait and that she had one customer inside and three cars before me. I usually come here at least once a week. The crew they had on Saturday was absolutely horrible. It was at least 8 cars in line. I waited, wasn't in a hurry. Ordered my regular Strawberry Cheesecake with condensed milk. Made it to the window, male cashier said you ordered a Strawberry Cheesecake, I said yes, with condensed milk. Cashier said, Um, I didn't get that. I said will you add it in the snowcone and on top. He started laughing as in yeah, right. So this is what I received. Management sucks!!! And they wonder why the turn over rate is so high. Them women are disrespectful to staff in front of customers. They talk down to those young men and women it’s uncalled for. They are trying to learn how to navigate this world and having managers who don’t take the time to educate them is doing them a disservice. Watch the videos and see how your managers treat your staff members. I will never patronize this store again. Especially Diana. She needs to be fired!!!
