Terrible service. Waited 15 minutes and got my son's order wrong. When I asked about it the worker was rude and dismissive.

Bahama bucks my love, I always get excited when I get near this building. I was so excited to go in today. I didn’t know what flavor I wanted and then I saw Oreo on the menu , And I knew that was for me, Then I go to the counter and I just get greeted with a horrible look, The cashier did not seem to be very happy. Update: They commented on my review down below asking for me to contact them directly and still have not heard back. It's has been over two weeks since I have emailed them. So disappointed. Don't be fooled by their promise to "Make it right". Honestly, this was my worst experience at Bahama Bucks, unfortunately. I apologize for saying that but it is. I came from AZ and was excited to see that there was one here. The Soda was flat and overly creamy. The ice tasted like the inside of a freezer that hasn't been cleaned recently... read more
8/17 at 4:30pm, don’t know who they have on drive thru but it should definitely be someone who can hear. Poor girl had us repeat our order 4x and still got it wrong. We just took what we got because there were several cars behind us and we also waited just over 25 minutes from order to get to the window. We understand it’s busy but having someone to accurately take the orders will help move things along faster.
