I came through the place was dirty wont be back after seeing how dirty if was I no longer wanted the snocone that I ordered through the app and the lady refused to give me a refund.
Wonderful experience! Love how they don’t charge extra for additional flavors, and staff was friendly.
The inefficiency of this place is INSANE! I waited in the drive through for over 30 min and was informed that all sno cones go in order of when they are ordered, so if they take 20 walk up orders, those are made first so the people in the drive through just sit for days. Why even have a drive through then?!?! Absolutely crazy! In the meantime there was girls walking around or wiping counters while everybody was waiting for their snow cones....
The snow cones are not flavorful. The type of ice makes it worse. Not satisfied with this location.
Most unorganized place ever! Waited at the drive thru to order for 10 minutes he lady never took my order so I drive up thinking she would take it at the window. She tells me she can’t take my order and I have to drive back around and wait again. I was in line for 30 minutes to get nothing! Just go to Funky Monkey down the street! Don’t waist your time!
