Response to the owner: 1) yes, I’ve tried many Brahms bucks locations before, usually in the summer when it’s very busy. I have never waited 30 minutes and only moved up a couple places in line. 2) I don’t need to see how your franchise operates, I have worked plenty of restaurant jobs. 3) Yes, it was a warmer day yesterday and was a Saturday. The snow cones are delicious and look pretty but I went yesterday and waited 30 minutes. Yes there were a lot of people because it was a nice day out but they were so slow. Then I went today and there was one person in the line outside and a few cars in the line. We sat there for 10 minutes and only one car moved. They are extremely slow.
Is a good place.
Terrible service. Tried to park and order at the window and was completely ignored. Now in drive thru and it is not moving. This locator clearly does not have enough staff.
We come here almost every day after school. Everyone is always so nice. We love their sugar-free options.
