Ordered on the app and waited an hour for the order!!!! If I wouldn't have spent $$$$ I would have left. Ridiculous and frustrating - stay away from this location.

Awful service. There was a family of 3 who ordered in front of us and staff neglected to put their order into the computer. The family actually paid cash and chose to leave before getting their order after they told staff they were skipped. We were a family of 5 but only 4 of us received what we ordered. We waited for 3 other orders that were placed after ours (and 15 minutes later) to ask where the last order was. There needs to be better staffing placed here.
Absolutely phenomenal service! A lovely shift manager who served me promptly and happily, I have genuinely no complaints about this location as a customer!
This is our favorite dessert spot! Every Wednesday we come and get a sweet treat. Staff is always so friendly, and flavor is top notch!
