The worst customer service, couldn’t finish any drinks in my previous times I’ve come, the employees all would just laugh and not work, this staff needs to be fired and a new brought in honestly disgusting management and a nasty staff, will take 15 minutes to make a single smoothie when no one is there!!!!!! Crazy behavior especially night crew

I’m honestly very upset. I found a fly in my snow cone. This is completely unacceptable. It clearly came from the snow cone, and it disgusted all of us to the point that my family threw theirs away. This is a serious quality and hygiene issue.
my experience was honestly horrible the staffs attitude was awful they barley made eye contact w me and side eyed me when ordered i won't be coming back one had neon orange hair idk what the others looked like or how to describe them. to add i ate in my car because of how uncomfortable i felt in the store staff were rude and playing around laughing.
