The Bahama Bucks Mansfield has the worst customer service. I purchased 2 sno-cones and they were very dry… I called and spoke to a worker in the store and was advised to come back the next day. When I got to the store I was told that I could not get a refund or cones made over. The worker was speaking to a manager on the phone as she was telling me what was being said. When I asked for the managers name she refused to provide the managers name as she proceeded to walk back in the store. There are entirely too many teenagers ... read more

Bahama Bucks is cool. I had to give them a few chances. The first time I was there, there was a few fellas holding up the line trying to get a young ladies number through the drive through which was irritating. The second time there was a young lady who struggled with my order and after repeatedly asking what my order was, it was completely wrong. The customer service was so bad I would not wanna go there. There was only a couple people working slow assistance everything was just off about that place, they need to give a raise to the two young girls who were working. Later on I went to chick-fil-a and I saw some of the employees sitting there doing nothing. They need to find new people to hire immediately.
