Went to the one in league city today. Can’t find the page for it. No one was there(as far as costumers), the two girls had an attitude even when I said have a great day neither responded. The guy taking our order didn’t put down the sno cones were flat,(Hispanic girl rolled her eyes and just dumped it in a bigger cup)then we got bubblegum instead of tigers blood. (It was so uncomfortable we took them to go ) Never had this kind of attitude before today.
The drive to this establishment typically takes approximately 20 minutes, and we have consistently had positive experiences. However, today was an exception. I made my family leave the house for snow cones, but the experience was far from satisfactory. Upon entering, we were met with an overwhelming cacophony of loud conversations from the staff. If I could give zero it would be that, waited over an hour with a full house and to have one of the employees blow up on us about “being 17 and we are doing out best”. She began to cus up a storm and emotional express her opinions that have no place in a customer service food industry. Just close the doors if you can’t manage being in the weeds.
