Hours of operation on all sites state they open until 11 PM. We were there 30 minutes before closing, and they had already locked everything and were cleaning. Staff would not acknowledge we were standing by the door, even after knocking to confirm if the hours were correct.
Terrible service. Scheduled to close at 11pm and was closed at 10:21pm.I knocked on the door several times and all 3 employees completely ignored me.
i came today at 10 pm and i checked it said they closed at 11pm there were two light girls one skinny and one bigger and stared at us closing and locking the doors an hour before you close when your times online say 11 pm is outrageous my little cousin wanted to go so bad after the arcade and we made sure to check the time i think that is pure laziness i’ve worked in the food business and i know you can start cleaning 15 minutes at least before you close and officially close and lock the doors when the time that you are supp... read more
