The young girl who took our order was rude and snobby. She rolled her eyes at us multiple times. She seemed annoyed that we needed a moment to decide. There was no one in line but our party. There were 6 of us. I used to like this location. I actually brought my cousin here to try it out after bragging that she'd love it but unfortunately it was a terrible experience for her. Just like shaved ice in Hawaii, this place has good flavors and is perfectly balanced and not too sweet. We ordered the POG (pineapple, Orange, Guava) and a blue bubblegum and coconut. The service was quick and the staff were polite.
