My family and I have been ordering from this Sunnyvale location for 2yrs this place is horrible we never get what we ordered our flavor are left out and they never listen they do what they want I was telling others about this location when I first started ordering now it has went down hill it's a group of young people working and I have complained several times about our orders and gave them chance after chance but yet they managed toess up every why have a company that don't listen to your customers I'm very disappointed.

The store uses fabuloso to clean and the shaved ice tasted and smelled like it. Very disappointed.
