Great location. Area can get busy and it’s hard to get in and out when the neighboring business has two lines of customers. A bit pricey for an açaí smoothie. Staff was very friendly. Paid cash and got the correct change. 4 stars because the açaí was not prevalent, and seating option was disrupted by pigeons all over the place-not there fault, but the birds appear to take over the outside seat.
Best sno kones I’ve ever had and super fast with the orders
I don’t know what happen they are super super slow and they have at least 3 people working. There’s another snowcone and only 1 person working register and making the snocones and we get it made I’m 3-4 mins for 5 of them
Nice staff and relaxing environment
They have like 7 girls working there and only one making everything. No wonder the line has been non stop since 1pm the girl said. They spill a lot of product. Might help if they use a funnel. They work very dirty. Such a mess. Not sure what happened to how they did things before. Definitely been better.
