Whoever was working the night of 8/27 needs to have a sit down convo with the manager. I straight up waited in the drive through for 15 mins after someone said they’d help me in a moment. Order 3 cups of just snow (no juice) took 20 minutes to just get two of them, forgot about the 3rd and went on to the next customer. Manager need to be fired
I go here at least once a week. I love it! I've never been disappointed. They are so very consistent.
Mine had no flavor in the bottom half, half of it was white. I asked the girl can she add more flavor. I got the sour patch kids and asked if the sauce is supposed to be in the middle and she said yeah and asked if I wanted flavor and extra sauce in a cup on the side or do I just want it remade so I asked nicely to remake it and she poured so much flavor in it this time it was runny and not even a sno cone at this point. Great place to get your shaved ice fix. I’m a coconut fan but this time I tried the Dreamsicle with a scoop of ice cream. It reminds me of the popsicle. So yummy! They have many flavors to choose from that you can mix up. Tastes like Hawaii!
