great products and a even greater group of employees! our family loves bahama bucks! I’d like to update my review after seeing some comments about employees being “unhygienic” in this work environment. I think it’s important to consider the actual nature of the job before making those assumptions. This is a shaved ice shop. Crew members are constantly making ice, preparing flavors, and working with syrups throughout their shifts, so it is completely normal for some flavor to get onto their uniforms while working. Me and my wife come here often and usually have a great experience. But everytime we come and Olivia is working she always manages to get our simple snowcone order incorrect. Also she puts more ice than flavor, making the snowcone not enjoyable at all. Furthermore she is very dirty, always has stains all over her arms, hands and shirt. Hygiene should be top priority when handling customers food/drinks. She definitely needs more training.
I gave two stars because my order was good, but I had to wait 1hr just to get it. I feel bad for the employee because he was the only one working on a Saturday, but waiting a hour inside for shaved ice is insane.
Always hits the spot. Crazy huge menu. They have something for everyone. The best desserts any time. Any season. They even make acai bowls. Its all so good you'll be surprised how fast you finish it. But watch out for the brain freeze. Yum
