Truly amazing experiences with the Buda staff! Everytime we go the staff goes out of thier way to make it a pleasant and unforgettable experience but Wednesday June 17th was above and beyond. The manager was leading by example hustling alongside his staff and ensuring everyone was having a great time while they were swamped busy! Not only did I have to wait an additional 5 minutes after my husband got his snow cone…while no one was behind the counter actually working I might add…but once again my snow cone had ice cream in it. I order a regular strawberry cheesecake with condensed milk. I do not order the strawberry cheesecake delight which would come with the ice cream. Every single time we have come in here I get the one with ice cream. I understand how confusing it must be. And will stray away from any flavor that comes with ice cream from now on.... read more
