Poor customer service. I went to this place based on my experience at the location in the heights and was extremely pleased. So I drove down from Conroe to this location. Ordered the cookies and cream with extra cookies. Then I asked AGAIN at the window to verify my order. Even with EXTRA cookies there were barely any at all compared to the other location. Really $4 for 1/2 cup of NO flavor
manager would not give us a cup so it would melt on the way home and is so rude and not very welcoming tried to charge us for a empty cup it g
Best snow cones ever, and the best location to get it out of all the Bahama Bucks in the area.The Magnolia location's ice tastes like the water is dirty, and the one by Lake Conroe doesn't have soft ice, seems like they use the same machines as any regular snow cone stand. Kid's and the family love coming here.
