i love it here! always amazing customer service, they are so nice and welcoming. the location is always cleaned and organized. i also enjoy how fast my order always comes out and how they always get it right! 10/10 recommend.
I witnessed a lady getting angry at the employees and being rude but, the employee kept the tense situation handled in a polite manner. My respects go out to you talented employees, great service and delicious snow cones.
Horrible service the girls have a horrible attitude I ordered a strawberry colada nd they gave me regular strawberry I told them about it and they gave me two different little cups to taste the difference and they tasted exactly the same when I told the they just asked if I wanted another flavor without even looking at me.hotrible service over all
Unfortunately this location has been hit or miss for my family and I, more miss than hit, lately. Service is unfriendly, flavoring is minimal, we don't even get little umbrellas any more! We go frequently and I would say 3/5 orders are underwhelming. :( Hope quality and customer service can be improved upon!
