Great little place for smoothies, shakes and shaved ice. While waiting for my order, I sat and watched the video about the history coming out of Lubbock, Texas. Very interesting background and seemed very family oriented business.
I went to get a shaved ice because I love them..while I was waiting in the car line the truck in front of me was yelling at the girls that they were taking to long he was very rude to them but the young lady kept her cool and was very polite the reason I'm writing this review is to let the management know that they have great employees..these girls are young and working hard to earn some money so please customers be patient and just don't take it out on them...those two young ladies working today 1-2-2025 at about 8pm should... read more
40 minutes before closing time we are told they can't make anymore smoothies no I'm sorry for the inconvenience just no the smoothie section is closed.
Service is bad, was waiting for 10 minutes in drive through to be acknowledged….I went to window and no one cared to take my order and no it was not busy…
