Loved the snow cones and the atmosphere
I went in at 1:30pm on 4/2/26 while I was dashing and there is only 1 person working who should not only deserve a raise but possibly a promotion there isn’t no reason he should be by his self during a rush, y’all should more than 1 person working. Stop being cheap
YOU WILL WAIT OVER 45 MINUTES IN THE DRIVE THRU FOR A SNOW CONE.
I ordered a baby sno cone with extra juice, but unfortunately received one with no juice at all. I went back inside, explained the issue, and even left a generous tip, but the replacement still had little to no juice—the bottom of the cup was completely plain ice. This has now happened the last three times I’ve visited, and it’s been really disappointing. I was hoping for better service and consistency, especially after trying to address the issue in person.
We have been frequenting this location for the past few weeks because we love the Tigers Blood Piccadilly. Today my husband brought two home for my daughter and I. He had no idea they're not supposed to look like this. They are both dry and flavorless. We are extremely disappointed! *UPDATE* Here is the response I received via email.
