Connor was awesome at Bahama Buck’s! He was friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent customer service from start to finish. He had a great attitude, was patient with questions, and made sure everything was perfect with my order. It’s always nice to be helped by someone who genuinely enjoys what they do. Came here and the staff had a horrible attitude. It was a group of girls working, I ordered 3 of the same snow cone added ice cream to 2 of them and one without ice cream the girl handing me the first one had a attitude when I had asked if it was one with or without ice cream. Then got my last one and it had no cream on it even though it comes with cream (strawberry cheesecake delight) so I had asked to put the cream on it and one of the girls said well we didn’t charge you for cream on this one I had said ok I will pay for ... read more
The kids that work here are AMAZING. SUPER friendly and super helpful! Something is WAY off with the water that makes the ice, though. It tastes super salty or something. This isn’t the norm. Last year it wasn’t like this

I love Bahama Buck’s as a company until today. Every location has been very consistent on flavor today, but I came in and got a large shaved ice with flavors of Jamaican rum, blue raspberry, and tiger’s blood. This is the first time I can honestly say that the shaved ice look like it had lack of flavor and color to it. Hardly can taste anything To make out the flavors. I know that for the most part, this is a job for younger people. So hopefully this is helpful to improving the quality of the service.
