First time customer, but I have a friend, who loves you guys. The shake i had was excellent, the strawberry cheesecake something.
I never heard this place until I got coupon from mailing. I decided to try. I got a bowel and actually pretty good taste but I think it’s pricey.
What has happened to bahama bucks!?!?! I have lived this location for years now and the past three times I have come I've been over charged and received the WRONG items. We went through the drive through eight before 8 ordered a large flat top cheesecake delight, large flat top beach bum, and a pup snow. She tried handing us a sugar free cheesecake and stated it would be $14.82. I let her know that th3 sugar free wasnt ours, then the total jumoed up to$20.83 for two snow cones and a pup cone!?!? We had horrible service at this Bahama Bucks. My girls were so excited to use the coupons they received from school. The girl at the counter took the coupons and then took their order. Another girl came up and got the coupons and preceded to tell us “No you can’t use these they expired at the end of last month.” It was in the rude way that she said it and she could’ve gone about it in a much nicer way. I love me some Bahama Bucks. But, this location is well below the status quo. Not enough syrup, not enough sprinkles, no little umbrellas. I usually throw it out, but that's that little specialty, that let's you know you're paying extra for a quality snow cone. Kinda like a sleeve, and a stir stick on your latte. The service is horrible. No smile, no courtesy, no kindness, not even a thank you.
