The snow cones are good, but the place was sticky. Our feet stuck to the floor as we walked in. The group working were all very nice and made great snow cones for us.
Been a few times where they seem to be slacking on the snowcone. It seems they use the same amount of juice no matter the cup size. So I started asking for extra juice, fully expecting to pay for the upcharge. Came in on 08-23-2025 and ordered a rainbow avalanche and asked for extra juice. I saw it on the register that they did add it in the order. Got my snowcone and it felt very light. Middle of the road snocone place. A little expensive for what you get. Nothing majorly wrong but nothing amazing either.
Tasted great but their lack of cleanliness and sanitary practices made me instantly sick when I got home. Only one girl was wearing gloves to grab ice with and put in cup. But then she would touch the bottles with same gloves and other worker's were touching bottles with no gloves so the snow is getting germs from the bottles....... Ughhh gross.. Why isn't there a better practice so your snow doesn't become germ filled?!
