There were so many empty tables but we were not given any seats because the place is understaffed and the tables were not cleaned on time. They gave us a wait time of 15 minutes but never texted with any availability. Wasted 20 minutes of our time waiting for the text. Customer service sucks.
Unhelpful staff - instead of interacting with you and taking your order, they want you to scan a QR code. AI provides better service.
Bad, bad, bad. Ordered pasta. It came out almost cold. It had mushrooms, that they forgot to actually cook. You get a plastic fork in tatty little bag for cutlery, like you're already on a plane. Service isn't good. Then they force you to pay with a QR code where you have to enter your data as if you're buying shoes off a new website. Irritating all around.
Don't go to this place! The staff is rude; they do not know anything about customer service. Don't waste your time and money in this terrible restaurant!
