1 Star because, Why put a REQUEST A QUOTE function on the website if its not going to be monitorred or doesnt have alerts to show the business the pending requests? I asked bright and early for a quote but after 5 nearly 6 hours of hoping to even get an acknowledgement of receipt of the request, no text or email had come through in response. Its fine to say that we're really busy because its summer but its also competent and professional to have these functions in place so your customer reliant business doesnt miss a prospec... read more
