this is a late review but SUPER satisfied. I asked for braid-down cornrows for a wig about 2 years ago. Price can’t be beat for the amazing quality of work she does. All the negative reviews don’t know all the work it take running your own business. Her availability is full lots of times when I’ve needed her, but I have YET to find a braider like her who know how to braid my type of hair without pulling too hard at the crown of my head or nape of my neck. This is my second visit with this business. Everything went well with my appointment. They did a great job on braiding my hair. Excellent customer service! Will come back soon!
She was a no show. My appointment was scheduled for 12pm at 12:04 she text me and stated you can reschedule, I texted back I was on my way she did not return my text. I arrived at her shop by 12:15 and she was not there. I texted her again and waited 30 minutes with another potential customer she never responded and to this day I still haven’t heard from her. I got some tribal braids with bohemian braids the other day and it came out so cute! Worth it!
This lady was so rude and so rough with my 10 year old daughter’s hair. I had her washed and blown out as instructed. She has a lot of hair and if she didn’t want to do it we could have gone elsewhere. She pulled, yanked huffed and puffed for the whole experience. I snapped… BAD. Horrible HORRIBLE person to do business with. If you have other options GO WITH THEM!
