Patronized this shop for a few years with no issues. Scheduled an appointment for my son to get his locs re-twisted, had the worst experience ever. He arrived a few minutes before his appointment & walked in and was treated like he had no reason to be there. I walked in after my son called and she caught such an attitude even with me I was so taken aback. I will NEVER spend another dime here ever. Rude doesn’t even begin to describe the behavior.

this is a late review but SUPER satisfied. I asked for braid-down cornrows for a wig about 2 years ago. Price can’t be beat for the amazing quality of work she does. All the negative reviews don’t know all the work it take running your own business. Her availability is full lots of times when I’ve needed her, but I have YET to find a braider like her who know how to braid my type of hair without pulling too hard at the crown of my head or nape of my neck.
