Bagwell Clinic comes highly recommended because they’re very caring and knowledgeable. Our top person is Lauren Person but Dr Bagwell is wonderful too . We’ve seen A few others and have never been disappointed! Holly who is Lauren’s nurse is so patient and hardworking. I can’t say enough about her. People need to realize a lot rides on a nurse and Dr’s and Nurse practitioner’s shoulders all the time. They come in and see you but may have a previous patient in their brain/heart. Dr. Bagwell and staff are friendly...unfortunately the nurse Alic was WAY TO FRIENDLY with my husband. She wanted him to comment on her "new body"! Then she continued to slap him on the leg belly laughing about her personal life. She even made sure to tell my husband how "fat" her husband was! She was the MOST UNPROFESSIONAL woman I have ever met!
Bagwell and his NP are all rude and condescending. My experience there made me lose all hope! That should make you feel good driving your big stupid truck.
I want to start off with saying we love Lauren Person. She’s an amazing Nurse Practitioner. BUT whenever we have an issue or question every blue moon and we leave a DETAILED message on her nurses line voicemail because they never answer it. We get to play the phone tag game. We SIGNED UP for any and all medical information to be left on that voicemail when we first came to Bagwell.
