Lauren Person NP is the most amazing nurse practioner ever. She treats my husband in this clinic but she used to be my doctor at her prior clinic. She is thorough and super friendly. Doesn’t miss a thing. Saved my husbands life.
Front office staff is rude every time. Bagwell and 1 of his NP are also very condescending.
Was hoping to stay 2 mins from home for prescription refills. Finally got ahold of someone this morning after trying to call later in the day earlier this week - and she sounded worn out & hoping/praying they couldn’t help me. Asked how to switch to them from previous group and she said “Oh you’d have to come Dooown Here, and sign a release form…” and I was like ok. The wait time in the waiting room was good. However, I felt the wait time in the exam room was a little excessive. I was just there for a med refill, so there wasn't a ton of interaction. The staff that I encountered were all nice and professional.
I love going to see my care provider, Amanda Savage. She has an excellent bedside manner and you can feel that she really cares and she is interested in what I have to say.
