Wanted to visit but the establishment appears closed and has been for a few days despite the hours listed.
This place is absolutely not worth the high ratings, though I'm not sure why. A stale banh mi took forty minutes to arrive. The pho was bland and the portion was small. Customer service is non existent as well. Overall I won't be coming back.
