Very helpful ladies today thank you :-)
The customer service here was awful, the white lady at the front desk with the nose ring was rude and cold, she couldn’t stay off her phone and was even more rude to the Hispanic mom and son who came in after me. Absolutely uncalled for.
The three ladies that assisted me with my daughter getting her vaccine for college were very professional and got us in and out in a timely manner. Kenyetta J., DeAndria T. and Lakeisha W. you ladies were phenomenal. Hope you guys continue to do great things in our community.
Very racist environment went in for vaccines today to help out a family member just incase they didn’t speak english. From the moment we walked in the old lady with blondish hair was very rude. Literally told me to be quiet and that she needed to speak to the mother not me. That’s no way to speak to someone. we were literally the first one there filled the paper work in a timely manner and still waited 1 hour to get seen. Someone else walked in and got seen before us.
