I certainly feel like GOD sent B.A.G.S to me! I had 4 companies give me estimates and I was not comfortable with any of them. Then came John. He and Josh started early and didn't leave until after dark to make sure all was perfect! I definitely got the best price for the best equipment and most of all the best feeling of a job done right!!! I truly trust they used their expertise and did the job perfectly!! I really appreciate them!
Excellent job and timely responses. I called to get a quote for a system replacement and John came out the same day to give me a quote that was almost $9k cheaper than another company for the same work. They will knock out an installation in a day if they are able, these guys worked until 2AM to make sure the system was running properly and the area was cleaned afterwards. Detail oriented and friendly. I will be recommending to friends and neighbors!
Called later Saturday afternoon when we realized that the AC wasn’t working. He was on another job and promised to try to get to us. I knew it was a long shot. At 8pm he called and asked if it was still good. Yes! Came and took detailed pictures and explained everything. The repair has to be done later but got my AC temporarily running so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot miserable house.
