Called later Saturday afternoon when we realized that the AC wasn’t working. He was on another job and promised to try to get to us. I knew it was a long shot. At 8pm he called and asked if it was still good. Yes! Came and took detailed pictures and explained everything. The repair has to be done later but got my AC temporarily running so we didn’t have to sleep in a hot miserable house. Excellent job and timely responses. I called to get a quote for a system replacement and John came out the same day to give me a quote that was almost $9k cheaper than another company for the same work. They will knock out an installation in a day if they are able, these guys worked until 2AM to make sure the system was running properly and the area was cleaned afterwards. Detail oriented and friendly. I will be recommending to friends and neighbors!

B.A.G.S went above and beyond to get my AC unit back up and running while doing their best to save me money in the process. B.A.G.S. did excellent work for me. Hot water heater went out and they had it up and running in no time. Good people and explained everything he had to do thoroughly. Will definitely be calling them again!
