I went into the hospital on 5/12/18. I was at the ER right when they were doing a shift change. The first doctor was super sweet and knew what tests needed to be done immediately. Dr. Bagnasco then came in with the results and even though it wasn't 100% verfied just yet, she knew I had MS. That same week I had gone to my neurologist for testing and when he gave me my results he said I did not have it and never even thought to do an MRI on my spine, whereas the first ER doctor knew to do that immediately based on my symptoms.... read more
Horrible. Uncaring, judgemental, unprofessional and has lost all compassion. Made me feel like I was bothering her!! Go somewhere besides Honor Health!!
