Had some issues with my 2023 Tahoe so I needed a diagnostics run on my truck. I found out it could take up to 5 days without a rental to get the diagnostics ran on it, but with kids and work I needed it done quickly. Only come here if you enjoy having to fight for the rights afforded to you under the manufacturer's warranty.Took the car in for some items of concern. Their initial response was, Nope sorry, none of that is covered. When pressed on their conclusion, they'll come back with some hand waving about exclusions.When pressed further, the terms of such exclusions will never be produced, and depending on how confident they feel about being able to stonewall the issue, it can go one of two ways:1. Bought one of their golfcarts through trucarts. No customer service. Was sold an extended warranty, and it covers literally nothing. They now refuse to help with the piece of junk they sold us. The customer did purchase an extended warranty from our store. This warranty covers the powertrain for his cart. It does not however, include wear and tear items such as batteries. This warranty and cart were purchased on December 11, 2002.
My wife and myself ended up Casa after a long day of looking and determined not to buy anything that day just looking. As we arrived, ****** approached us and welcomed us in a very polite and professional manner. We informed him of our intention of not buying anything that day but he still showed us around at our pace without any pressure. I was ready to buy a car I saw on the website here at a casa in *************. I was told I can't have it transferred to ********** to buy it today because it wasn't serviced! A vehicle that is listed on the website should have been readily available for me to buy. This should of been transferred without an issues it's a ****** car. I have tried several times via different avenues (asking service person several times, chat at least 3 times if not more and emailing both the owner & service manager (email addresses found on website after Chat told me she's not allowed to give email addresses--interesting) and have been ignored on my question of 2 items on my bill totalling 500+ and their not showing a veteran discount which I questioned numerous times, even at the time I paid and was told I already took off a hundred dollars, that's not an answer and that... read more
No NOT buy a used car from this dealership! 2 days after buying a used Jeep we noticed the a/c would not blow cold on the passenger side. We called the dealership and they said it would be $2k plus (they said they would give us a couple hundred dollars off). This is ridiculous since it was only 2 days after buying the car. The dealership had to have known about this issue before they sold it. They are scam artists!
