During my time interacting with Attorney Bagley, I bore witness to her: 1) Adding stipulations to agreements with no prior discussion and then attempting to hurry the signing of them. In addition, she would routinely misquote facts of the case, which were easily provable, in an attempt to twist the discussion in her and her client's favor.
