Ordered veggie no cheese no mayo (dairy restrictions). Came with cheese and mayo on it. Like fine I can take the cheese off but not the mayo that is already on there. And no chips in the bag either. Hello??? They are not even trying at this location. Don't bother to eat here if you have any special requests or dietary restrictions because they do not care.
Great sandwiches. Attentive and Polite staff. Clean and friendly place with nice tables and good people. The Grinder is awesome and the Meatball is great as well. Shout out to GM Jessica who is super nice and very polite. Definitely my go to lunch spot when I'm in Tucson.
Online menu should be updated- Online prices are so different than in store. Online Sandwiches price $8 dlls - store $15.25. Soups should be hot all the time.
I can not say enough good things about this place! It was our first time here and we weren’t really sure what to order. Jessica (the manager) was so patient with us. She even gave me a free side of potato salad since I was torn on which side I wanted. You can tell she definitely cares about the restaurant and quality of work she does. 10/10. We will 100% be back!! *oh I ordered the cowboy. Def recommend!
