Great quality food. Go here for lunch a lot. Staff is always friendly. They deliver too which is awesome
Two weeks ago I got a sandwich to go from this location. I had eaten almost half my sandwich when I found a metal rivet (similar to a screw) in my sandwich. I immediately wrote an email with photos included to the home office. The next day I received a response back from the V.P. that was basically “Sorry. We will send you a refund”. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them. This company obviously doesn’t do well in the customer service and satisfaction area beginning with the management at the home office. Please be aware !! :o Recently I purchased an Almost Reuben sandwich & asked for extra 1000 Island on it. After I paid for the sandwich I realized that they had charged me an extra 75 cents for a teaspoon of extra dressing. Now mind you, the sandwich costs almost $9.00 to begin with & only comes with a small cookie, no fries or no chips for that price.
