Two weeks ago I got a sandwich to go from this location. I had eaten almost half my sandwich when I found a metal rivet (similar to a screw) in my sandwich. I immediately wrote an email with photos included to the home office. The next day I received a response back from the V.P. that was basically “Sorry. We will send you a refund”. Two weeks later I still haven’t heard from them. This company obviously doesn’t do well in the customer service and satisfaction area beginning with the management at the home office.
