I ordered a bat for in-store pickup, and the experience exceeded my expectations. When I arrived, no fewer than three employees greeted me, helped me, or simply asked how my day was going. They even offered a box for the bat when they learned it was a Christmas gift for my son. I was in the store for no more than five minutes, but I left with a genuinely positive impression of the staff and their customer service.

As soon as I walked through the door my needs were met. I talked to a lovely gentleman and explained that I needed my glove relaced. He examined it and gave me his recommendation. Showed me some bands that I could use to break-in my glove properly (bands that I had been looking for). Took my order and glove then I was on my way. It was so easy and much more affordable than a Dick's. The staff was pleasant and knowledgeable. I'm definitely going back!

The Folks at Baggers are awesome. We have never had a bad experience there. The store is neatly designed and it’s all there for you. We make the drive from LA because the service is that good. Love the fact that it’s a family owned business.
