Very caring and thorough in explaining all tests and what will happen next. Wish he could be our doctor, however, ER docs are where they are because of the massive knowledge about all things urgent and must move on to next critical case!
Saw Dr Bagenstoss at Methodist ER. He was very concerned about a recent bout of bacterial pneumonia I had gone through and ordered tests to confirm his thoughts. Once I tested positive for Covid, he was pulled from my case, which left me very sad. I found him to be very thorough, a good listener, and genuinely concerned about my well being after he had reviewed the notes on my hospital stay.
