Zero stars. They are Thieves. They started a pool liner installation and after draining the water and removing the liner they just stopped work. No communication or anything. I am stuck with a pool filled with water and no liner. Not sure how damaged the pool is now. Am still disputing these payments with my credit card as I already made the down payment purchases for the job with them. Stay away.
I just bought my house, and the pool has been sitting for who knows how long, after murdering hundreds of thousands of tadpoles and chasing off frogs I got tired of trying to open this thing myself and called in Baggas for help. The sales rep that came over was great, and convinced us we need to drain our pool that it was beyond the help of chemicals, and that we would ruin our liner if we continued the direction we were going. I am exceptionally pleased with the service I received. Will definitely recommend. Had a chance to speak with the owner and he was very pleasant and professional during our conversation.
Thank you so much for getting our pool together. Another pool company opened it and didnt complete everything. we really wanted to swim this weekend for our event, They were able to fit me in their busy schedule and get our pool ready to swim in!
If i could give no stars i would. I cant speak on the setvices because no one ever came.there was an appointment scheduled from 3 to 5 and at 450 i called i was told someone was coming at 5pm i texted and was told we were still scheduled, at 730 i gave up.I will never recommend or use this company. there was no call or text to say they couldnt make it . so Unprofessional I could have called someone else but i waited all day for them to not come or say they couldnt come.
