I used Bagsvip in Seattle to have a bag delivered. Everything went great and the bag was delivered within 3 hours of my flight. Thank you.
Had the worst experience with a very rude woman who blocked entry to train and was nasty when asked to please move.
DO NOT USE COMPANY. This company is in a partnership with Royal Carribbean for a Port Valet service in Seattle, Washington for luggage delivery. Sounds great on paper- sign up for their service, place their luggage tags on your bag, and they take care of the rest to get your bags to the airport for you. Except, they forget to tell you they will not confirm they actually picked up your bag from the cruise ship. When you try to follow-up with them, they take zero responsibility for your lost bag. lovely clerk, Jackie, tried to help me with a problem i'm having with Miami Dade Conveyance, which is totally unreachable. She desearves 5 stars. The conveyance company deserves a big negative zero. I have been waiting for suitcases from American Airlines delayed baggage which they have had since July 12th. They also don't respond to messages either online or on the phone.
