Sadly, I came here and got 2 bagels. When I went to eat it, I pulled out napkins and they had live bugs in them. So I alerted the two women who were working and one of them said she was sorry and that they (the bugs) are everywhere and she’s been spraying pesticides in the kitchen to get rid of them. Absolutely horrifying on so many levels and I hope no one comes here because that is really a health and safety concern at that point. Will not be back. The place needs cleaning which is why there is most likely bugs.

What a disappointment this place is! Not an ounce of customer service. Two girls spreading cream cheese on bagels. No one offered to assist a single customer, you are expected to order in a screen. Didn’t know two people were needed for one simple task. One girl was wiping her nose with her gloved hand and didn’t change her glove. And let’s not mention the basket of yesterday’s bagels that mine were taken out of. Dave yourself the time and go elsewhere….

Very disappointed. I used to love their Beach Blvd location years ago, so I was really excited when this one opened. Unfortunately, it didn’t live up to the experience I remembered. I ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese and the egg was extremely overcooked to the point it had an odd taste, and I’m pretty sure there was only one strip of bacon on it. For the price, it honestly felt like a ripoff. This location just doesn’t compare to their other ones.
