I ordered a toasted jalapeño cheddar bagel with cream cheese and extra jalapeños, and it was hands-down one of the most delicious things I have ever eaten. The bagel was perfectly toasted crispy on the outside, soft and chewy on the inside—and the kick from the jalapeños was spot on. What made the visit even better was the incredible service. My service at this establishment was ASTOUNDING! Nykiera and Damian’s personality was glorious. Their communication with customers (me) was very good. Damian’s attitude at the register was amazing! 10/10 experience — would definitely recommend and come again!
This was a amazing diner the atmosphere was very welcoming I loved the amazing service that nykiera gave me, she was very nice,her communication was top tier, I loved the way she was friendly while also pursuing me into buying these delicious bagels My order was : 1 dozen of bagels and two half pound cream cheese Overall a 5 star service,5 star food, 5 star environment i will definitely come back.
The bagels were decent, though a little bit tough/chewy. The staff was very busy and there were issues with the order touchpad incorrectly showing what was/wasn’t in stock at the time, which the staff was able to fix for us. The coffee was pretty awful (both the cold and the hot) and nearly empty by 10 AM on a Saturday. The whole place was pretty filthy (tables and floors had trash and crumbs everywhere, almost every chair is ripped and/or sticky). We probably will not be back.
