I also went to Bells bialys in the 60's when I lived in Canarsie. We used to get bialys and a pletzel and we went to the bagel store across the street. When I found out they were in oceanside, I had to go. I've been sending bagels and bialys to my brothers out of state. Now I live in Florida and the bagels there are not as good as New York. I just ordered a few dozen to be shipped to me
