Amazing Breakfast, Kind & Quick staff.
After living on LI for 40 years and moving away, I was looking forward to delicious bagels while visiting family! What a disappointment! First, the woman with the reddish hair taking my order had her earbuds in the entire time and was having a conversation with someone. I guess that's why she had me repeat my order 4 times. I ordered a bacon, egg & cheese to eat while waiting for the bagels and the bagel was dry and the bacon was burnt. Service was also very slow for a Tuesday.
