I'm done with this place. Only reason I go is it's convenient and close to work.The bagels are not even good. I've gotten an attitude from an employee for the last time. I was a regular costumer, and just asking for something that should be done anyway, like putting cream cheese on both side of the bagel, I got an attitude. This has happened too many times by multiple different employee's. Somebody please open another bagel place in RVC and put this place out of business!

Update: 4-2-26 Lose a star. I was going to make this my go to bagel place BUT my cinnamon raisin bagel was lacking a key ingredient...CINNAMON! The 2 that I ordered were both just plain raisin bagels with no cinnamon. The bagels are still a little smaller than other stores. And as I previously stated their everything bagels are just lacking in the everything department. The veg cream cheese is still pretty good.
