Terrible attitudes everytime I call always rude or hang up on me like customer service isn’t part of the job description, they end up giving you raw bacon if you call to tell them salt and pepper on your sandwich
Don't mind the low rating. These are the best bagels in town
Exactly what I was looking for in a NYC area bagel shop. Cozy atmosphere. Great service , and the price was much less than I expected for the area. Pumpernickel bagel and sandwich was excellent. Highly recommend this shop. Will be back here next time I visit the Rockville Center area.
New owners, still excellent bagels. The people who serve you are pleasant but slow... I have been there twice to pick up a phoned in order and they got the orders wrong both times. Still the place to go for bagels but you must check your order before you leave or watch while they make it. They get it wrong right in front of you too. They seem distracted.
No clear signs to say line starts here, I had standed on line and kept being skipped over. Workers didn’t seem like they wanted to help customers except talk to each other
