Was looking forward to a bagel today as I enjoy them. However today when placing my order , I asked for my bagel to be double toasted. When I noticed the screen was wrong saying lightly toasted, the cashier said he would ensure it was toasted correctly. When my name was called , I noticed the person who made it was the person I placed my order with. I asked was it lightly toasted and the woman said no with attitude. Waited 15 minutes just to get the wrong type of bagel. On top of that, the pork and cheese were cold and the cheese wasn't even melted. Pretty disappointing, especially after waiting that long.

More cream cheese than anything else on my bagel. Panini sandwich wasn’t made on panini bread. Plenty of menu options but just want to get order the way I ask. Not too much to ask.
