I agree, best bagels I've come across - I'd say Fairway and Bagel Boss are the other two companies to round out the best bagels in the NYC metro area - but Bagel Train is my favorite of the three.

Best Bagel's Hands Down! – I love bagels. I'm always trying a new place closer to home.but can't find anything remotely close to these bagal's. Be prepared to wait on line, although there are plenty of employees to help. Worth the trip, but you have to pick up and go-there is no where to eat here. They only use Boar's Head cold cuts and there is enough meat and cheese on the bagel for two sandwichws. Mine don't even make it home :) They are that good.

i love bagel train i literally just ate a taylor ham, egg, and cheese sandwich from bagel train this morning. I love pretty much everything that comes from there. I've had better bagels, but not really in this area, and their sandwiches are definitely highest quality. Theyre usually pretty crowded but it's worth the wait.

Good, but not Great Although the quality of bagels is not up to my standards, Bagel train does offer a good alternative in comparison to bagels from other places locally. With a wide variety of flavors, bagel train will have something for everyone!

Bagel Train I go to Bagel Train almost every weekend. It is usually very busy in there, but the bagels are worth the wait. Among bagels they have sandwiches, and muffins. This place is excellent and I would definitely recommend it.

Best Bagels within 50 miles (including NYC!) – I have commuted the stretch of Route 17 from the NY border to Newark Airport for the better part of ten years. In that time, I've sampled every bagel shop along the route. The bagels at Bagel Train are unquestionable the best in the entire region. The place is non-descript and the only telltale of the popular bagels in the frequent (but fast moving) line out the door. I've hand carried these beauties to California, Boston, Miami and Mexico (and even by car to NYC) to family and ... read more
