One of the best bagel places in Sunnyvale. I stop by here every Friday to get bagels for office. The bagels are always so fresh and soft. My office people love it.
The older Asian lady has an atrocious attitude, as documented by various other reviews below. Also, I get the same thing every time but somehow the price fluctuates around a dollar or so. I asked the other day why that was and got met with a terrible attitude matched with an equally terrible response. I don't understand how they are still in business. They have mediocre bagels, their prices are not competitive, and their service is all over the place.
Not much of a dining in place Bagels are nice with a lot of varieties. The latte was a bit disappointing. Didn't taste good
