Food was very good! Everyone in our party liked their bagels. The only downside was the 30 minute wait for just some toasted bagels and cream cheese.
Unfortunately, this place is going down hill. Not only are customers greeted by an ai menu on the door, when I ordered my food (6 bagel sandwiches and 6 hashbrowns; the hashbrowns were not actually included in the order, and I had to order and pay for them separately after waiting in the heat for my bagels since the cashier scoffed and walked away at the end of my order so I guess she didn’t hear me…) then I got home only to find that one of the bagels were missing and not given to us. Bagels are pretty pedestrian. More bread bagel lime as they dont boil the dough like the best new york/nj bagel house so you don't get the hard shell.
