This is a cloud kitchen establishment, which we did not realize, so you order via touch screen then go and pick up, the bagels were good and would recommend, only issue was there is no description when ordering do you are kinda guessing what is in each bagel.

I’m writing regarding a recent order in which I selected three flavors: garlic, blueberry, and egg protein. Unfortunately, the egg protein bagels were out of stock. While I understand substitutions may sometimes be necessary, I was disappointed to find that the missing egg protein bagels were replaced with two plain bagels. I ordered 6 breakfast bagel sandwiches online for pickup for my team at work. When I got back to the office none of the sandwiches were marked so we had to guess what was what. Once we started opening the wrapped sandwiches we realized they gave us two of the wrong sandwiches. I didn't have time to go back to have them fix the order. I won't use this location ever again. Go to the Gilbert location near Warner and Cooper, the staff is awesome and they have never messed up any of the multiple orders I have placed with them.

Located in a ghost kitchen, this spot has great bagels and bagel sandwiches. Both breakfast and lunch options are delicious with generous portions and super fresh ingredients.
