I like bagel munch, and I have had a few important meetings here, so I have hakaras hatov. Bagels are fantastic, legit bagels. But that's where things start to go down hill for me. The sandwhiches are ok, the coffee is ok. The pastries are absolutely delicious. The takeout food is good, not great and not always what you order...but the bagels are really good. That's a big deal.
