These are without a doubt the best bagels in the state. Every time we come here, the bagels are incredible and the bagel sandwiches are beyond amazing. My kids love coming in here and they love getting thier little bagels. I do agree website ordering is not the best but when you come in and order, it's perfection!
I've been going here for well over a decade and what I can say is the bagels are great and that has not changed. Unfortunately, the customer service doesn't seem to be heading in the right direction. I recently went there to purchase a little over 2 dozen bagels for work. When I got to work I found out I was given less then 2 dozen. Love this place, their bagels are always fresh & soft! Best bagels in the area
The bagels are great. The service is terrible. This is the third time I have bought food here and got the food home to find something was missing from my order. Once it was a dozen mini bagels, today it was a muffin. Make sure you check your bag in the store because the kids behind the counter are not great at large orders. Also, if you get here after 11:00 am, expect very low inventory on bagels. Basically expect plain and everything and not much else in between. The store is clean and the french toast bagels are excellent.
I'm a repeat customer. They easily make the best tasting breakfast sandwiches in the area. I habitually get a Taylor Ham, egg, and cheese on a bagel. I enjoy the egg over easy which is accepted as being served with set egg whites and a runny yolk. The last time I got this sandwich the egg was under cooked and the white was not set. It was well underdone to where I would not want to eat it. No problem though, we brought it inside to get it remedied.
