Very good bagels! Really enjoyed the lox.
Something has happened here, the atmosphere is different. There's a lot of flies, the staff seem untrained. The same person handling the money should not be handling the bagels without gloves or at the very least parchment paper. Could hear the staff bickering in the kitchen. The front counter was cluttered and covered in sesame seeds and other debris. Two of the three coffees were empty. Really disappointing. I have been coming here for years. At 9 am, on a Tuesday, all four of the coffee urns were empty, and there were no back ups. Several employees standing around, and it was not busy. I alerted the staff of the coffee situation, and then they started to brew more. The person at the register was eating something as she took my order. She then picked out my bagels and sliced them with no gloves on. All of the to go bagels she sliced were cut so poorly and unevenly cut it was comical. I really hope they can ... read more
