I was really disappointed with my experience at Bagel Brunch. I ordered two orders of fried Oreos and one order of cheese fries. I only decided to order the fried Oreos because the menu I was handed listed them for $4.99, but when it was time to pay, I was charged $6.50 per order. When I asked about the difference, I was told the menu prices were wrong. If the prices have changed, the menus should be updated so customers know what they’re actually paying before they order.
