This company has a tremendous team of salespeople but there service department is the worsts I've experienced in 25 years in the coin operating business. The director of tech support is also a founder of the company so anything that has been identified wrong (which is a lot) he takes as very personally and has REFUSED to fix anything! What a nightmare. I will happily sell this machine at a loss to be done with this company!
