This location is understaffed. You need to wait for a long time even it is not peak hour.
Kitchen staff is limited so food takes some time to come out (~15-20 mins). You can order from the kiosk but if you have questions, they’ll walk from the kitchen out to the front to help you complete your order. Original potstickers is still one of my favorites.
